*405# Easy way to buy NetOne, Telecel, Econet airtime and ZESA

Staff Writer Avatar

Dial *405#

Techzim Market is now accessible via USSD. This new channel is useful for folks who need to recharge their airtime or prepaid electricity even when they don’t have an internet connection.

Even though customers loved the fact that they could top up using WhatsApp, some of them would complain that if they forget to top up before their WhatsApp bundle ran out they would be unable to access the Techzim Market services.

Increased accessibility

To increase accessibility, *405# supports Zimbabwe’s 3 major languages: Shona, Ndebele and English. Help us spread this convenience to all the people in your circle who need it!

Hi Welshman, thanks for the comment!

Could you send us contact details on admin@techzim.co.zw so we can get in touch? Having tested, we are not encountering the same problem you are, but we’d definitely like to fix it for you.

      Thanks again, Alex.

How much or what percentage is your cut: i.e. on top of the ecocash charges that i will incur for the transaction?

Twice I have bought air time thru *405# for my telecel number, 50rtgs and 30rtgs from ecocash, but no airtime received, despite deductions from my ecocash.

Hie I’ve just bought a Zesa token and paid via Ecocash, the amount has been deducted but haven’t received the token as yet.
